Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will develop client-specific training programs, instruct clients during sessions, and conduct initial fitness consultations to tailor plans.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and ongoing education, with opportunities to promote personal training services and grow client retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
