Job summary

Elite Sports Clubs in Mequon, WI is looking for a motivated Personal Trainer to provide individualized training for clients. In this role, you'll conduct assessments, design tailored programs, and help clients improve their fitness through personal coaching and encouragement.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.).
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand each client’s unique goals.
• Design and deliver customized training programs that inspire confidence.
• Provide hands‑on instruction to ensure proper form and safety.
• Track progress and adapt programs as needed.
