We are seeking a substitute/as-needed/fill-in Personal Trainer to join our team at the client site in West Chester, PA. The number of hours varies based on demand and scheduling.

Our Personal Trainers are true professionals responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members to meet their needs. Responsibilities include conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants on results, providing one-on-one personal training, and educating on strength and cardiovascular fundamentals and safe equipment use.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Personal Training certification from an industry-recognized and HealthFitness-approved provider.
• Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.
• Must meet hiring requirements, including pre-employment drug testing.

Compensation is commission-based, dependent on service packages.
