StretchLab is seeking certified Personal Trainers, Massage Therapists, Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Yoga Instructors, or Chiropractors to join our team and become a certified Flexologist. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is revolutionizing the fitness industry.

Position:

Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
• Manage client care by delivering a top-tier stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking weekly recurring appointments
• Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations
• Assist Sales Associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for clients

Requirements:

• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Yoga/Pilates Instructor
• Hands-on experience in a fitness or health environment
• Fitness certification
• Ability to create an inclusive, positive environment
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Passion for connecting with people and helping achieve goals
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• Willingness to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online + 2 days in-person)
