Job Description

Role Overview

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will develop and refine your approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning, supported by dedicated managers. Your career will focus on maximizing both your performance and that of your clients.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain an active client base
2. Manage schedules, client appointments, and meetings
3. Market and sell personal training programs
4. Perform fitness assessments and guided workouts
5. Create personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients
6. Attend Continuing Education classes and team meetings

Qualifications

1. Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one
2. Eligibility for higher pay tiers based on experience and education
3. CPR/AED certification
4. Passion for fitness, good communication, organizational, and tech skills
5. Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends
