Our F45 studio at Roscoe Village is thriving, and we are seeking energetic part-time trainers to lead fast-paced, technology-driven HIIT group classes. As the fastest-growing fitness franchise in the world, our success is due to our great product and staff.

Responsibilities

• Leading high-quality group training classes
• Ensuring members use correct form at all times
• Providing exercise modifications as needed
• Creating an energetic and motivating environment
• Setting up and cleaning the studio
• Maintaining the studio's cleanliness and organization
• Membership acquisition and retention
• Administrative duties related to memberships
• Completing client fitness assessments
• Welcoming members by name
• Participating in weekly and monthly operational meetings
• Creating and posting content on social media
