Job Description

As an Equinox personal trainer, you will develop and refine your approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning, ensuring your career is as unlimited as your passion. You will help redefine fitness and the art of living.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage personal training business, build and maintain client base
• Manage schedules, market and sell training programs
• Perform fitness assessments, guided workouts, and enhance member experiences
• Create personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients
• Maintain safety and organization on the fitness floor
• Attend continuing education and team meetings

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one
• CPR/AED certification
• Passion for fitness, effective communication, organizational skills, energetic and respectful attitude
