Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join The Club & Spa at Flamingo Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will inspire and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs, support, and education in a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations
• Develop personalized fitness programs
• Instruct safe and effective exercise techniques
• Monitor client progress and adapt programs
• Provide motivation and accountability
• Maintain accurate records
• Promote personal training services and participate in events
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards
• Stay current with industry trends and certifications

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
• Personal Trainer Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM)
• Minimum 6 months of experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Passion for health and fitness

Compensation Range
$45.00/Hr. - $55.00/Hr., based on qualifications and experience.
