The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking responsible and energetic individuals for personal training and small group training roles. You will support clients' safety and training goals while leading appropriate activities. As a YMCA staff member, you'll deliver excellent service in a positive environment that promotes wellness and engagement.

Salary range: $22-35 per hour, based on experience and availability. We offer 3 levels of qualifications with ascending pay ranges.

  • Develop and instruct personal and small group training sessions, supporting members' health and well-being goals.
  • Administer and evaluate health history questionnaires, fitness assessments, and pre-participation documentation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, respond to incidents, and report accidents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM) or other approved certifications.
