Planet Fitness - Excel Fitness in Rogers, AR is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to design personalized fitness programs and guide clients toward their goals. You’ll be a key part of our community, supporting members with customized plans and ongoing encouragement.

You will motivate clients, educate on form and safe equipment, and build lasting relationships while meeting monthly targets and promoting services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in a fitness-related field is a plus.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• National certification (or readiness to obtain certification upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Motivate clients every step of the way, helping them improve endurance, strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.
• Educate on form, technique, and safe use of equipment to reach goals.
• Be a champion by delivering ongoing support, positive reinforcement, and encouragement to keep clients on track.
• Hit monthly targets by engaging clients and prospective members, following up, and building a solid client base.
• Market your expertise through community outreach, in-club events, and marketing.
• Grow your network by developing referrals and building reputation within the fitness community.
