Throughout Seattle, Shoreline, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Burien, and surrounding communities, seniors and their families are seeking personalized fitness programs focused on strength, balance, mobility, and everyday function.As an ElderFIT trainer, you'll work directly with older adults to improve strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and overall quality of life. Rather than spending your time marketing your services or searching for new clients, ElderFIT connects you with seniors actively looking for personal training.
