Personal Trainer/ Group Fitness Instructor

Part-time positions with flexible schedules.

The F45 Personal Trainer will lead up to 36 participants through F45-specific group training sessions.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating positive, high-energy F45 personal training sessions
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the training floor and studio areas
• Marketing your F45 Training services inside and outside the studio, including events and promotions
• Building attendance and retaining current clients
• Ensuring participant safety regarding heart rate, exercise technique, posture, joint stress, and stability
• Managing scheduled sessions, coordinating substitutes, and assisting as a floor trainer when needed
• Attending staff meetings, webinars, and continuing education
• Handling member concerns professionally to promote retention
• Assisting with studio tours and sales as needed
• Willingness to work weekends upon request

Personal Trainer/ Group Fitness Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized with up to 36 clients
• Ability to adapt exercises in real-time
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to train all fitness levels, from novice to elite

Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
