Personal Trainer - Gold's Gym - South Central

Job Overview

We are seeking passionate fitness professionals to advance their careers with the industry’s most iconic brand. As a Gold's Gym Personal Trainer, you will be pivotal in maximizing our members' training potential. You will develop personalized programs tailored to individual needs, including education on nutrition, cardiovascular and resistance training, and other fitness offerings. This position reports directly to the Member Experience Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized fitness plans to help members reach their goals.
  2. Gather information during new member intake to understand their fitness objectives and constraints.
  3. Develop effective, challenging, and tailored exercise programs.
  4. Support members of various backgrounds and experience levels to achieve their training goals.
  5. Assist members on the gym floor with exercises and equipment, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and building relationships.
  6. Use expert fitness knowledge to keep members engaged and motivated, encouraging them to try new classes and challenges.
  7. Perform gym walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and organization, re-racking weights and maintaining standards.
  8. Contribute to the club’s monthly revenue goals.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
