You will monitor progress, adjust programs, and provide education on technique and form. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator with a passion for fitness, certified as a trainer, CPR/First Aid certified, and able to motivate clients while maintaining high

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current personal trainer certification.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform fitness assessments to understand each client’s current fitness level.
• Create individualized workout plans and training routines and revise them periodically.
• Demonstrate proper techniques for using machines and equipment.
• Ensure that all gym safety standards and procedures are followed.
