Qualifications

• Active personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization.
• Experience training clients in a fitness club or private setting.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Sales mindset with the ability to promote training and add-on programs.
• CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and consultations.
• Design and deliver goal-based training programs for individual clients.
• Drive PT sales through onboarding engagement and upselling.
• Coach clients on proper form safety and accountability.
• Track sessions manage scheduling and follow up with clients regularly.
• Collaborate with the Fitness Director and front desk team to support club success.
