Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking a certified Personal Trainer to deliver coaching and customized programs at our Homestead club. You will track client progress, educate on technique, and provide an outstanding member experience that promotes retention.

The role includes leading sessions, conducting assessments, and supporting personal training sales, with opportunities to contribute to department growth and member consultations.

Qualifications

• Certification as a personal trainer from NASM/ACE/ACSM/ISSA/NSCA or equivalent.
• Current CPR/AED Certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
• Ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, engaging one-on-one personal training sessions.
• Design individualized fitness programs based on goals and abilities.
• Educate on exercise technique, equipment usage, and healthy habits.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs to maximize results.
• Conduct body composition assessments and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
• Build strong relationships to encourage long-term engagement.
• Provide exceptional service in a motivating, professional environment.
• Maintain communication with clients between sessions for accountability.
• Deliver outstanding experience during every interaction with members.
• Conduct Success Sessions and fitness consultations as assigned.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate programs.
• Assist with personal training sales and membership growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients and members interested in training.
• Support department initiatives to increase engagement and participation.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and continuing education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training space.
• Assist with group training and member engagement activities.
• Promote Workout Anytime culture of professionalism and service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Fitness Director/GM.
