Qualifications

Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent).
Current CPR/AED Certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
Ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one personal training sessions.
Design individualized fitness programs based on each member's goals and abilities.
Educate members on proper exercise technique, equipment usage, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to maximize results.
Conduct body composition assessments and performance evaluations.
Maintain accurate client records, workout programming, and progress notes.
Build relationships to encourage long-term member engagement and retention.
Assist with personal training sales and recurring membership growth.
