VENT Fitness is a dynamic health and fitness center that emphasizes results-driven programming and exceptional customer service. Our Personal Trainers deliver Private, Semi Private, Small and Large Group training to a wide member base with programs tailored to each individual's goals and functional fitness foundations.

We value passion, integrity, and professionalism, offering in-house training, and company-paid NCCPT certification for selected candidates, plus commission-based pay and class pay

Qualifications

• Prior training and Nutrition experience, and NASM certification are a plus but not necessary.
• In-house, and on the job training as well as company-paid Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NCCPT) is available for selected candidate.
• Commission position with class pay.
• This is a member-focused, professional position with opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide Private, Semi Private, Small and Large Group training to our members.
• Tailor programs to each member's needs and designed to get results.
• Maintain professional standards and motivate clients to achieve fitness goals.
