Qualifications

  • Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer's Certification and CPR Certification within 90 days required.
  • 6 months previous personal training experience preferred.
  • Experience in training athletes from different sports preferred.

  • Monitor individuals during exercise for proper form and correct as necessary.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$17.00 - $58.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Personal Trainer
  • Location: Seven Bridges Fitness Center - Woodridge, IL
  • Per Diem | Hours will be determined by trainer
  • Hours: 5am - 9am and any additional hours are determined by trainer

What you will do:

  • Responsible for instructing members on proper use of exercise equipment (strength and cardiovascular) and developing exercise programs using the above in a manner to assist the individual in achieving their goals.
  • Monitors the individual during the course of exercise for proper form and corrects when necessary and provides motivation and encouragement for the member during all structured exercise sessions.

What you will need:

  • Certification: Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer's Certificationand CPR Certification within 90 days of start date, required
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
  • Experience: Experience in training Athletes from different sports (preferred)
  • 6 months previous Personal training experience (preferred)
