PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain an active client base
• Manage scheduling and client appointments
• Market and sell personal training programs
• Maintain knowledge of club services and products

Service and Hospitality:

• Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts
• Enhance member workouts and experiences
• Create personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients
• Maintain a safe, organized fitness floor

Professional Development:

• Attend continuing education for growth and promotion
• Participate in team and management meetings

Qualifications:

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one
• CPR/AED certification
• Passion and knowledge of fitness
