Job summary

Commerce City is seeking Personal Trainers I-III to design, implement, and supervise fitness programs at Eagle Pointe and Bison Ridge recreation centers. Training will focus on safe, effective, and enjoyable workouts, with ongoing client progress tracking and guidance.

Minimum qualifications include 18+ years old, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to obtain within 3 months. Certification from ACSM/ACE/NASM/NSCA is preferred, with experience level guiding which PT tier applies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and AED certifications current or able to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement goal-driven fitness programs.
• Provide in-depth instruction on form and technique.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Supervise clients and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge in fitness.
