You will report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, working to deliver education, motivation, and safe, effective workouts for a diverse member base in a busy club environment.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized fitness plans for new and existing members.
• Assess member goals and constraints to tailor programs.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with goals.
• Provide support across fitness experience levels to aid training success.
• Demonstrate exercises and manage safe floor with equipment.
• Motivate members to try new challenges and class offerings.
• Maintain clean, safe gym floor and re-rack weights.
• Help club achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
