Qualifications

• Ability to assess client goals and current fitness levels.
• Design safe, effective, personalized workout programs.
• Educate clients on nutrition and exercise principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness service appointments to design personalized plans.
• Process member intake to understand goals and constraints.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with goals.
• Maintain professional support for members of varying fitness levels.
• Utilize floor hours to assist with exercises and demonstrations.
• Apply fitness knowledge to keep members engaged and challenged.
• Perform gym walkthroughs and maintain a safe, clean facility.
• Assist in achieving monthly revenue goals set by management.
• Any other duties as assigned.
