Job Description:

As a Personal Trainer, you'll develop your career on a foundation of maximizing personal and client performance, guided by dedicated managers. You'll refine your approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning, helping redefine fitness and lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage personal training business, build and maintain client base
2. Manage schedules, market and sell training programs
3. Perform fitness assessments and guided workouts
4. Create personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients
5. Maintain organized and safe fitness environment
6. Attend continuing education and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one
• CPR/AED certification
• Passion, ambition, fitness knowledge
• Availability to work weekdays/weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic tech skills
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, respectful
