Qualifications

• Current accredited personal training certification.
• 3-5 years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Preferred CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• BS in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or associated field.
• Experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal evaluations to clients on fitness level and health to ensure suitable plans.
• Create personalized fitness routines aligned with client abilities and goals.
• Teach proper exercise techniques to minimize injury risk.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans based on changes in fitness.
• Enforce gym policies and safety rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Inform clients about healthy lifestyle changes to support fitness goals.
• Perform emergency first aid when needed and treat minor injuries.
• Clean and maintain all fitness equipment.
