Job summary

You will guide members through sessions, promote training services, and ensure safety on the fitness floor while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires CPR/AED and CPT certification, a high school diploma or GED, plus knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and program design. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer credential required.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Experience in designing client fitness programs.
• Knowledge of nutrition and exercise science.
• Ability to demonstrate exercises safely and with proper form.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Monitor and instruct clients during sessions on equipment use.
• Conduct fitness consultations including screenings and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance for safety and motivation.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
• Remain current on credentials and industry trends.
• Document client programming details and progress.
