Personal Trainer- Cambridge Salary Range: $70-90/hr

General Accountabilities

• Generate an all encompassing full body 45 minute class template
• Lead small group fitness classes of up to 8 individuals
• Ability to independently progress / regress an exercises to cater to needs of individual class participants
• Evaluates individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develops suitable training programs to meet any special needs.
• Observes and informs individuals' of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.
• Monitors individuals' progress and adapts training programs as needed.
• Teaches and demonstrates use of training and exercise equipment.
