What You’ll Be Doing

You'll support members in achieving their fitness goals through expert guidance and personalized programming. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting fitness assessments, orientations, and facility tours for new and existing members
• Designing and delivering customized, results-driven personal training sessions
• Building and maintaining a strong client base with exceptional, individualized support
• Demonstrating safe and effective exercise techniques, including equipment use and adjustments
• Keeping accurate records of sessions, assessments, and workouts in our digital member portal
• Participating in ongoing team trainings, special events, and club initiatives
  
  

Location: The Athletic Club at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: On Call

Pay Rate: Commissioned based on experience

Minimum Requirements

Our ideal Personal Trainer is passionate about fitness, committed to excellence, and ready to make a real impact. We’re seeking someone who brings:

• Proficiency with studio equipment, fitness technology, and training tools
• Strong communication skills-both verbal and written
• Integrity, ambition, and a deep passion for health and wellness
• Excellent time management, organization, and client follow-up habits
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Hold a current, nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, CSCS, etc.)
• 3-5 years of personal training experience preferred
• Background in sports, fitness, rehabilitation, or performance is a plus
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required
