Job summary

LIVunLtd in Huntersville, NC is seeking an experienced personal trainer to build a 1:1 and small group clientele, conduct orientations, and provide engaging fitness sessions.

You will assess fitness levels, craft tailored regimens, motivate clients to reach goals, and track communications and retention while adhering to LIVunLtd policies.

The role offers hourly pay between $20 and $30, with compensation dependent on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal training.
• An accredited fitness training certification, as well as a current CPR / AED certification.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about the fitness industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Specialize in multiple disciplines (TRX, kettlebells, HIIT, injury prevention, yoga, pilates, weight loss, strength training, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build a client base by conducting orientations and providing personal training sessions.
• Perform fitness assessments to determine client’s level of fitness
• Develop + implement tailored exercise regimens that meet client’s needs.
• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve results and reach goals.
• Communicate and follow-up with clients.
• Wear a corporate / building approved uniform for each LIVunLtd location where you are working.
• Adhere and adapt to all current and new LIVunLtd policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Report any unsafe conditions or situations that require your managers attention.
• Perform other additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.
