Fitness Together Brentwood is hiring professional personal trainers as employees who focus on client experience and results.

Role offers $29-$31 per hour plus bonuses, with no split shifts, most Saturdays off and Sundays closed, plus paid holidays, vacation, health insurance contribution, IRA match, and ongoing education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• National Certification required
• 2 years of personal training and program design experience
• Experience with special populations preferred
• Understanding of injury prevention/management
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to each client's individual needs
• Must have the emotional stamina to be at your best with each client
• Enjoys and excels in a TEAM work environment

Responsibilities

• Design safe and effective programs for clients' goals
• Represent yourself professionally through appearance and behavior
• Perform fitness assessments every 4-6 weeks
• Interact with clients and team members with empathy
• Hold clients accountable to reaching their goals
• Foster teamwork to meet needs around you
• Continue to grow skills and expertise in the field

Benefits

Responsibilities

• Express patience, determination, and genuine care to hold clients accountable to reaching their goals
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to meet the needs of those around you
• Constantly look for ways to improve your skills to grow as an expert in your field
