Fitness Together Brentwood is seeking professional personal trainers who are employees dedicated to client experience and results.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• National Certification required.
• 2 years of personal training and program design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design safe and effective programs for clients with unique goals.
• Represent yourself professionally through appearance, language and behavior.
• Perform individual fitness assessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Interact with clients and team members with empathy and without judgement.
• Hold clients accountable to reaching goals with patience and determination.
• Foster teamwork and collaborate to meet client needs.
• Continuously improve skills to grow as an expert in the field.

Responsibilities

• Design safe and effective programs, accommodating the unique needs/goals of clients


• Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language and behavior


• Performing individual fitness assessments for clients every 4-6 weeks


• Interact with clients and team members without judgement, and express empathy


• Express patience, determination, and genuine care to hold clients accountable to reaching their goals


• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to meet the needs of those around you


• Constantly look for ways to improve your skills to grow as an expert in your field

Qualifications

• Availability M-F 5a - 1pm (occassional Saturday)


• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred


• National Certification required


• 2 years of personal training and program design experience


• Experience & success working with special populations preferred


• Understanding of injury prevention/management


• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification


• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills


• Ability to adapt quickly to each clients individual needs


• Must have the emotional stamina to be \"at your best\" with each client


• Enjoys and excels in a TEAM work environment
