Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, a desire to motivate others, and a fun, upbeat attitude. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct service appointments with members, including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and correct exercise form.
2. Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
3. Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
4. Monitor and assist members to ensure proper exercise form.
5. Maintain facility cleanliness and tidiness.
6. Achieve monthly revenue goals as established by the management team.
7. Collaborate with sales/management team to help new members reach their fitness goals through personal training.

Qualifications:

1. Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA) OR agreement to become certified within 60 days of employment.
2. First Aid & CPR Certification OR ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
2. Desire for long-term career growth.
3. Previous sales experience is a plus.
4. Must be a fun, personable team player with a great sense of humor.
