Job Responsibilities Include (Not Limited To):

1. Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.
2. Capture new member leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with sales results.
3. Maintain excellent communication across departments to optimize personal training revenue.
4. Drive personal training revenue during evening and weekend hours.
5. Create new personal training sales daily, weekly, and monthly.
6. Ensure daily accountability to new business.

Ability to work evenings and weekends is mandatory. Applicants should be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the fitness industry, and possess excellent communication skills.

Positions may include a base salary, personal training commissions, and revenue-based bonuses.

Requirements:

• Current national personal training certification - REQUIRED
• Current CPT/AED certification - REQUIRED
• Ability to effectively communicate with members and staff, with sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet sales budgets and goals.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems as required.
