Certified Personal Trainer (Part-time/Full-time availability) – Join Our Wellness Team!

Are you an energetic, growth-minded personal trainer looking for a place where your skills, passion, and initiative can thrive? We’re hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to join our wellness-focused, culture-driven team.

At our wellness clinic, we emphasize intentional training, client relationships, and long-term health. Our approach integrates functional movement, corrective exercises, strength training, and tailored programming designed around each client's unique goals and needs.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, engaging, personalized training sessions.
• Design thoughtful, results-driven programs tailored to individual client goals.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in line with our team culture.
• Engage actively in client retention, session scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary wellness team.
• Our private 1-on-1 studio is also available for independent trainers who already have an established client base but are seeking a professional and private training environment.
• Trainers bringing their own clients receive reduced rent or commission rates.
• Note: This option does not include marketing or employee benefits—ideal for self-sufficient trainers.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Personal Training Certification (CPT) from an accredited organization (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for client success and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience in functional training, corrective exercise, or rehab-focused training.
• Proven ability to independently attract and retain clients.
• Additional education or certifications in wellness-related areas.
• CPR/AED certification.
