JOB SUMMARY
As a Personal Trainer, you will help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized exercise programs and motivation.

ABOUT YOU
You are a motivational person with a passion for fitness and helping! You stay updated with the latest research, trends and techniques of the fitness industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work one on one and in small groups with clients to help them define and achieve their fitness and health goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive user experience in the gym.
• Design exercise programs for clients to be performed both with and without your supervision.
• Schedule and perform Fitness Assessments for new members.
• Assist in educating members on proper use of gym equipment.
• Work with the personal training team to continue to expand the team’s knowledge and ability to perform.
  

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• 1-year personal training experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Possess and maintain current Personal Training and CPR/AED Certification.
  

SALARY
Part time: 20 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $16.00-$50.00
