Commonpoint is seeking a part-time Personal Trainer within the Health & Wellness Department to design and run fitness classes and one-on-one sessions for the local community. The trainer will lead orientations for new gym members and foster a wellness-driven environment while communicating with the Director of the Tanenbaum Family Pool.

To continue advancing the impact we have across the communities we serve, Commonpoint is hiring a Personal Trainer situated within the Health & Wellness Department. The Health & Wellness Department plays a vital role in providing training sessions for our local community. The individual hired as Personal Trainer is a key member of the Health & Wellness team. The primary responsibilities include taking on individual training clients, running orientations for new Gym members, & helping to create a wellness driven environment. Personal Trainers are directly responsible for communicating concerns to the Director of the Tanenbaum Family Pool and represent Commonpoint in a positive light at all times. This role reports directly to the Director of the Tanenbaum Family Pool.

To maintain fairness across the organization, salary offers are set according to established salary bands and are not subject to negotiation. New hires typically start near the beginning of the salary range to allow for growth based on performance, professional development, and tenure.
Part-Time Rate: $25-$35 an hour
