Client Engagement & Retention: Deliver exceptional training experiences that keep clients coming back, ensuring they feel safe, entertained, and valued in every session.

Promotion: Actively promote gym offers, supplements, specialty programs, and events by creating excitement before sessions—not as an afterthought.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness throughout the gym, including the workout areas, common spaces, and bathrooms, to ensure a welcoming environment.

Must understand the balance between offering excellent service and running a profitable business.
Passionate about customer service, delivering outstanding experiences, and ensuring clients feel valued.
Greet every client by name within 10 seconds of them entering the facility, and provide continuous encouragement and support throughout their session.

Key Responsibilities:
Shift Expectations:
Arrival: Arrive at least 10 minutes before class, showered, in uniform, and ready to coach.
Class Prep: Complete opening tasks (for early shifts), familiarize yourself with the day's workout, and ensure the workout is displayed before clients arrive.
Client Interaction: Greet every client enthusiastically within 10 seconds of their arrival, and ensure the facility is in order before starting class.
Promotion: Know internal promotions and share them with excitement before each session begins.
Coaching During Sessions:
Warm Welcome: Start every class on time with an energetic introduction.
Effective Instruction: Clearly demonstrate all movements and exercises, with a focus on safety and proper form.
Client Engagement: Interact with each client multiple times throughout the session, offering encouragement and feedback.
Coaching Presence: Stay active and engaged; avoid sitting, using your phone, or becoming distracted. Move around the room and engage actively with the class.
Supportive Cues: When offering tactile corrections, always ask for permission and use knuckles instead of fingers for guidance.
End of Class:
Wrap-Up: Finish with 5 minutes remaining for clients to connect and track their progress.
Community & Culture: Promote a sense of community through high-fives, encouragement, and social engagement.
Facility Check: Ensure the gym is tidy for the next class or coach, including cleaning the board and tidying up any equipment left out.
Positive Reinforcement:
Focus on reinforcing positive behavior through constructive feedback—praise what's working, correct what needs improvement, and leave clients feeling accomplished.
Expected Results:
All tasks and responsibilities are completed daily - checklist to be completed
Workouts are well-prepared, high-energy, and motivating.
Clients feel valued and excited to share their experience with others.
Internal promotions are announced regularly, leading to client participation.
The facility remains clean and well-maintained for the next team member.
