Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings in Johns Creek seeks a driven Personal Trainer who can deliver expert training and actively grow their client base through sales, outreach, and retention strategies.

In this dual role you’ll lead training sessions, build a book of business, stay current with fitness trends, and collaborate with staff to deliver a premium client experience.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification is required.
• Nationally recognized PT certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
• Experience in personal training and achieving client results.
• Sales ability to close leads and grow client base.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Nutrition coaching experience or related certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct kickoff sessions and movement assessments for new members as part of the sales process.
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value and addressing objections.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs.
• Educate clients on technique, recovery and overall health.
• Track client progress to ensure accountability and motivation.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to deliver premium client experience.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and certified Personal Trainer who’s not only skilled in fitness but also thrives on building a client base. In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for delivering expert training sessions and proactively growing your book of business through sales, outreach, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education.

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with nutrition coaching or additional certifications (e.g., corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, group fitness).
