What You'll Do

• Conduct fitness consultations and body composition assessments
• Create personalized exercise programs based on client goals and abilities
• Coach clients on exercise technique, accountability, and healthy habits
• Support client retention through relationship building and measurable progress
• Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments
• Partner with club staff to help members connect with personal training and wellness services
• Maintain accurate client records and program documentation
• Help create a positive, welcoming training environment

What We're Looking For

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Passion for helping people achieve meaningful results
• Ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels
• Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
