Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a high level of service for our members
• Provide personalized attention and hold members accountable
• Maintain knowledge of all studio services, programs, and products
• Adjust and operate EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards
• Assist the manager and owner with studio operations as needed
• Ensure member success, retention, and growth of the member base

Qualifications:

• Prior personal training experience preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Honesty and personal integrity
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge of the fitness industry
• Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
