Job description

We are seeking a certified, enthusiastic, and highly professional Personal Trainer to join our elite Spa & Wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, a polished and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to create bespoke fitness experiences for our discerning guests. This role plays an integral part in promoting holistic wellness and delivering personalized fitness guidance in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop custom workout programs tailored to guests’ needs and goals.
• Deliver one-on-one and small-group training sessions using a variety of training methods (strength training, functional fitness, mobility, cardio, etc.).
• Guide guests in the safe and effective use of fitness equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with spa therapists and wellness practitioners to support comprehensive wellness journeys.
• Maintain an immaculate and inviting fitness environment consistent with luxury standards.
• Provide fitness education and lifestyle coaching that enhances the guest experience.
• Participate in spa events, retreats, and wellness workshops as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer through a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in personal training, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to adapt sessions to a wide range of fitness levels and guest preferences.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in yoga, Pilates, or wellness coaching.
• Experience working in luxury resorts or five-star spas.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• 84 Lumber - 17 % (associate must pay to haul)
