Retro Fitness in East Northport is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to conduct fitness assessments, design training programs, and drive personal training sales. The ideal candidate will have a certification from a recognized organization and experience in training.

What You Will Do

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and consultations

• Drive PT sales through onboarding engagement and upselling
• Coach clients on proper form, safety, and accountability
• Track sessions, manage scheduling, and follow up with clients regularly
• Collaborate with the Fitness Director and front desk team to support club success
