Qualified Candidates

• Certified Personal Trainers, Certified Yoga Instructors, or hold a degree in Kinesiology
• If LMT certified, at least 500 hours of massage therapy school, a certificate of completion, or meet NY licensing requirements
• If CPT certified, one year of experience in personal training, therapeutic bodywork, or related field, plus a current certification or a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or similar
• Passionate about helping others feel their best
• Eager for growth and to build on their bodywork mastery

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility, and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify needs and set expectations
• Maintain client engagement throughout sessions
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to support wellness goals
