Personal Trainer

The Personal Trainer role is responsible for creating exercise programs for a wide variety of clients to ensure they achieve their fitness goals.

Crunch Fitness Trainers Are:
  1. Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and skillset to plan attainable goals
  2. Design exercise programs using company systems and tools (TrueCoach)
  3. Lead and coach clients through planned exercise programs
  4. Educate clients on diet, nutrition, and proper/safe use of equipment
  5. Track clients’ progress and make adjustments as goals are reached
  6. Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with clients
  7. Maintain an accurate schedule within company system (DataTrak)
  8. Other duties as assigned

Here’s What You Need to Qualify:
  1. Personal training experience - 1 year
  2. CPR/AED certification
  3. Professional personal training certification (Required): NASM, ISSA, ACE, NCCPT, NFPT, ACSM, NESTA, CSCS
  4. Ability to work with clients who may need specialized attention
  5. Background check
