What you will do as a Personal Support Specialist:
  1. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
  2. Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (using telephone, light housekeeping, meal preparation/service, etc.)
  3. Respond to resident call lights promptly
  4. Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned
  5. Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses.
