The GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) program is a new pilot initiative at Andwell designed to enhance the quality of life for both individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. Through this program, Andwell provides structured respite care and support that allows caregivers time to rest, recharge, and continue providing care at home with confidence and peace of mind.
As a Dementia Respite PSS, you’ll play a key role in the success of the GUIDE program – offering compassionate, specialized care and meaningful companionship during 4-hour respite visits designed to meet the unique needs of each participant and their family.
