Job summary

Andwell Health Partners in Bangor, ME is seeking Personal Support Specialists (PSS) and caregivers to help clients in their homes with daily living tasks and companionship.

This per-diem role offers flexible scheduling, free training, no prior experience required, and a defined career ladder from PSS to CNA or LPN. A compassionate, reliable team will support your growth and community impact.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate caregiving and companionship in clients' homes.
• Engage clients in activities: reading, games, walks.
• Assist with meals planning/preparation and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility and emotional well-being.
