Freeport Place, part of First Atlantic Healthcare, seeks a compassionate Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to provide hands-on, resident-centered care in an assisted living setting. You will support residents with ADLs and IADLs, work with a clinical team, and help create a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PSS certification, or willing to train.
• Experience with or a strong desire to care for older adults.

• Successful Maine background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs and IADLs per care plan.
• Support residents with daily tasks like meals, laundry, and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain a safe, positive environment.
