Macy’s is seeking a Personal Stylist to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences both in-store and online, while expanding the client base through clienteling and leveraging social media to attract new customers.

Full-time colleagues typically work 30+ hours per week; you will collaborate with store leadership, vendors, and the local community to drive sales growth and excellent service. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high touch selling position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen sense of fashion and ability to coordinate items.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sale goals by providing personalized and elevated shopping experiences in-store and online.
• Drive customer acquisition through networking and social media to attract online and in-store traffic.
• Partner with store team, vendors and community partners to host virtual and in-store events for incremental sales.
• Leverage selling tools to increase annual spend and repeat client visits; invite customers to appointments.
• Make data-driven decisions to grow and understand the local market and customer base.
• Report performance to Store Manager and align on goals and actions.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks including emails, appointment booking upkeep, follow-up, and content development.
