Job summary

KnitWell Group in Troutdale, OR is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide their shopping with personalized styling recommendations while keeping merchandise organized and visually appealing.

You will collaborate with teammates, use technology and a POS system to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience, and help achieve daily goals while maintaining an inviting environment across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Comfort with using a POS system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized customer experiences.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
• Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
